We Universal Survey & Analysis Services Pvt. Ltd. for the last five

it has established excellent setup at Ranchi. This is one of the most

from the Pit Head (ECL, BCCL, CCL, MCL, NCL, SECL, JODA, BARBIL) /

Loading & Weighment Supervision :
We do ensure Professional Management to Loading & Weighment Supervision at loading end
individually or jointly with Buyer or Seller Representatives. The complete scope of works are done with
detailed documentation which are also provided to Clients accordingly. Any dispute arises are resolved
immediately by the involvement of our Professional Management.
Unloading & Weighment Supervision :
We do ensure Professional Management to Unloading & Weighment Supervision at unloading end
individually or jointly with Buyer & Seller/Port Representatives. The complete scope of works are done
with detailed documentation which are also provided to Clients accordingly. Any dispute arises are
resolved immediately by the involvement of our Professional Management.
Sampling & Preparation :
USAS representative collects samples at loading & unloading points for testing and analyzes as per BIS
Standards for various parameters according to commodities as per the requirement of the clients.
USAS offer their accredited third-party quality assurance services of Sampling & Preparation through
standard procedure based on internationally recognized standards. All the field representatives of
USAS are well experienced & technically sound with extremely dedicated with their responsibility
during the time of Sampling, Preparation and moving the prepared samples to respective destination.
They are providing their round the clock services according to requirement in every respective field.
Moreover, documentation, providing the necessary information to the client, coordination with the
client, routine follow-up etc. all the duties are their regular activities which help us execute and

& expertise team of USAS providing their analysis techniques for minerals commodities like Coal, Coke,
Gypsum, Iron Ore, Manganese Ore and all other minerals commodities, USAS also use their expertise

Furthermore, we also do UHV and GCV tests. We have a well equipped laboratory with Automatic GCV
Analyzer. The above mentioned tests are repeated after unloading also. Our experts are well equipped

Truck/Container Security Sealing :
Security seal is one of the most important systems for security of cargo to protect theft and pilferage in road
movement by truck, dumper & trailer. Truck Sealing System is the primary controller of cargo’s security.
Security seals are a system used to seal the cargo vehicles in a way that provides you any temper evidence and
maximum level of security. Security seals are a large variety of options to help safeguard equipments, tools,
truck/dumper/trailer contents etc. Generally two types of seals are used for Truck/Dumper/Trailer Sealing in
road movement systems, Plastic Strip Seal & Transparent Polystyrene Wire Seal. Both kinds of seals are equally
effective to secure the cargo.

Truck Unsealing Supervision :
“Universal Survey & Analysis Services Pvt. Ltd.” also engaged by various clients with a scope of Truck
Unsealing Job at various unloading end/Plant to ensure the loaded truck has been tempered or not during the
transportation period. In that case if found any abnormality of sealing portion in loaded truck like seal
tempering, sticker damaging , rope and tarpaulin covering is not in order, our representatives immediately
stop the truck to have unloading & inform to concerned officials of the plant to take the needful action against
the truck driver/transporter.
All the seals & stickers would not be damaged or tempered if these will not be getting touched by anybody
during the period of transportation from loading to unloading point.
All the truck wise documentations are being submitted to the clients in regular basis through mail & the hard
copies of the same are being submitted with the monthly Invoice to the clients.
Draught Survey :
A Draught Survey is a method of cargo weight determination by ship’s displacement calculations, empty and
loaded (or loaded and empty), taking into account any change in weight of the liquids on board. The accuracy
of the draught survey will be dependent upon the experience and the care taken by the surveyor concerned,
on the documentation of the vessel, on the spirit of co-operation of the vessel crews and of the shore terminal
personnel and, last but not least, on the instruments used by the draught surveyor and the weather and sea
conditions in the port.
“Universal Survey & Analysis Services Pvt. Ltd.” having the scope of job of Vessel Draught Survey in various
Port like Haldia, Vizag, Gangavaram, Kandla, Mundra etc. Our experienced surveyors are doing their job
successfully to maintain the accuracy of the cargo weight determination of various clients. We are doing
successfully the complete vessel job of Single Client’s Vessel & Consortium Vessel including Draught Survey,
Vessel Discharge, Cargo shifting from Berth to Plot, Cargo Distribution, Cargo Delivery etc.
Vessel Discharge Supervision :
Cargo is discharge from the ship directly onto the conveyor/Berth, which then transfers it to a designated area
within the Port. In case of discharge onto the Berth of Port, then the cargo is shift to the client’s plot in the
port through dumper. Both of these operation is supervise by our experienced representatives.
In case of Single Client’s Vessel, after discharge the cargo onto the berth, all the cargo is shift to the client’s
plot, but in case of consortium vessel which are more than 1 client’s cargo, all the cargo is shift & distribute
properly according to B/L quantity to all the client’s plot in the port.
All the discharge & shifting related documents is being submitted to the clients accordingly.
Cargo Distribution & Delivery :
After discharge & shifting the cargo to client’s plot in the port, we start the distribution & delivery of the cargo
operation from the plot of port to the client’s plant or delivery point. As per the client’s advise, the truck/rake
loading is supervise by our experienced representatives for distribution & delivery to the respective plant.
Then the weighment slip of the truck/rake collect from the concerned department & submit to the clients
accordingly.
